14. Google User Data and YouTube API Services

SalesShortcut.ai connects to Google in three separate ways: signing in with your Google account, managing a Google Business Profile, and publishing video content to YouTube channels you have connected and authorized. Each connection is optional, is requested separately, and accesses only what you authorize.

By connecting a YouTube channel, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google's Privacy Policy applies to data handled by Google.

14.1 Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We use this only to create and identify your SalesShortcut.ai account.

14.2 Google Business Profile

If you connect a Google Business Profile, we request permission to manage the business listings you choose to connect, so that with your authorization we can access:

• The business locations on your Google Business Profile account and their business information;
• Reviews left on those locations, so you can read and reply to them from SalesShortcut.ai;
• Photos and posts on those locations, so you can publish them and keep them in sync.

We access only the locations you connect, and we never make a change to a listing that you have not asked for.

14.3 YouTube API Services

SalesShortcut.ai uses YouTube API Services to publish video content to YouTube channels that you have connected and authorized. With your authorization we access:

• Your YouTube channel name, ID, handle and thumbnail, to display which channel is connected before any action is taken;
• The ability to upload video content to your channel;
• YouTube Analytics reports for your own content, to provide performance reporting.

We do not access your Google account outside these permissions, and we do not access channels you have not connected.

14.4 What we store

• Your channel identifier and display name, and the equivalent identifiers for a connected Google Business Profile;
• An encrypted authorization token for each connection;
• The videos and posts you approve for publishing, and their status.

14.5 How we use it

Video content is uploaded to your channel only after you have reviewed the title, description and visibility setting and chosen to publish or schedule it. Nothing else is ever posted to your channel, and we do not use these connections for any purpose other than the features you asked for.

14.6 Limited use

SalesShortcut.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

14.7 Revoking access and deleting your data

You may disconnect a Google account or a YouTube channel at any time from within the application, which revokes our access token immediately.

You may also revoke access directly through your Google account permissions page or the Google security settings page.

To request deletion of the data we hold about your connected account or channel, contact us at the address in Section 13. We will delete it within 30 days.
